1. Eligibility Requirements

- Quality Issues: Defects (e.g., warped dresser panels, broken wardrobe rails, chipped nightstand edges) require clear photos/videos for verification.
- Wrong Items: Provide order screenshots and product comparisons to confirm incorrect sizes/styles.
2. Process Steps
- Request: Email 10.walks_sky@icloud.com with your order number, furniture type, reason for return/exchange, and supporting proof.
- Approval: We respond within 2 business days. Approved requests receive a return address (our Larne hub: 22, Dromaine Drive, Larne, Northern Ireland, BT40 2JB, or nearby warehouse) and a unique return ID (must be marked on the package).
- Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Use reinforced packaging for large parts (e.g., wardrobe frames) to avoid transit damage.
- Finalization: We inspect returns in 3-5 days. Eligible exchanges ship within 48 hours; refunds process in 3-5 business days.
3. Fee Details
- Quality/Wrong Items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to £25 / $32 via logistics receipt).
- Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping + an 8% restocking fee (based on the furniture’s original price).
- Ineligible Items: Assembled, damaged-by-user, or missing parts (e.g., screws, instructions) are refused—you bear return shipping costs.
