1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 85+ countries/regions globally, including the UK, Ireland, major European nations (Germany, France, Spain), North America (U.S., Canada), and Australia. Remote locations (e.g., remote islands, mountainous areas) are excluded—you’ll get a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders ship from our Larne facility (22, Dromaine Drive, Larne, Northern Ireland, BT40 2JB) or partner overseas warehouses.
  • Timeline: 3-5 business days for UK/Ireland; 5-8 business days for Europe; 7-12 business days for North America/Australia. Customs clearance may add 1-3 days—track real-time progress via your order link.
  • Special Packaging: Dresser drawers are secured to prevent 滑轨 (glide) damage; wardrobes are disassembled (with labeled parts) for safe transport; nightstand corners use foam padding to avoid scratches.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over £150 / $190 (applies to all bedroom furniture).
  • Orders under the threshold: £8 /
    15 (Europe), £18 / $23 (North America/Australia) (includes protective packaging costs).
  • Express Shipping (near-warehouse areas only): £25 /
    45 extra for 2-4 business days delivery—select “Express” at checkout.
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Check status in “My Orders” or via carriers (Royal Mail/DHL). For delays (over 3 days) or damaged packaging, email 10.walks_sky@icloud.com with photos for assistance.
