By purchasing our dressers, wardrobes, or nightstands, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact info below.

1. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate details (name, email, etc.) when signing up. Update info promptly if changed (e.g., new shipping address for a wardrobe).
  • You’re responsible for your account password. Notify us immediately of unauthorized activity (e.g., unrecognized dresser orders) to secure your account.

2. Orders & Payment

  • After payment, we verify stock (e.g., wooden dressers, metal wardrobes) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped.
  • Prices are final at checkout. We accept credit cards, PayPal, etc. Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders are canceled after 48 hours.
  • No cancellations for personal reasons post-confirmation (unless out of stock). Forced cancellations incur a 10% fee (covers packaging/prep for large furniture).

3. Products & Shipping

  • Product details (dimensions, material, weight) follow the product page. Minor wood grain variations or finish differences are normal.
  • Shipping adheres to our Shipping Policy. Provide a complete address—our facility (22, Dromaine Drive, Larne, Northern Ireland, BT40 2JB) is not for delivery. A £10 / $13 re-shipping fee applies for wrong addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: 30-day returns (unassembled, original packaging); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., broken dresser drawers, bent wardrobe rails, cracked nightstand tops).
  • Costs: We cover shipping for quality/wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., size regret), you pay return shipping + an 8% restocking fee.
  • Ineligible Items: Assembled, damaged-by-use, or missing parts (e.g., hinges) are not accepted.

5. Liability & Updates

  • We’re liable for product defects but not for damage from improper assembly, overloading, or misuse (e.g., forcefully slamming dresser drawers).
  • Terms may update—changes are posted on our site. Continued shopping signifies acceptance.
